Owned and operated by Nicholas Coolidge and based in Brandon, VT, NGC Property Maintenance has been providing customers with high-quality landscaping and property maintenance services since 2012.

Coolidge holds degrees in Conservation Management as well as Arboriculture and Landscape Management from Paul Smith’s College in New York, and now works with a team of landscape professionals to deliver consistent, reliable services to residential and commercial customers throughout Central Vermont, including Rutland and Addison Counties.
